Entrepreneurs generate revenue and jobs in the economy and are magnets of talent and capital that connect a community to embrace change and tackle problems head-on. Our founders envisioned that new entrepreneurs would evolve into engaged civic leaders and pay it forward, ensuring that New Orleans would have a vibrant, inclusive community. But entrepreneurs cannot be successful in isolation. It takes a village. As embodied in our very name, the founders sought to catalyze a village, a community, an ecosystem that embraces new ideas and innovation in New Orleans. And that’s exactly what they did.
The companies that graduate from our programs benefit from a vibrant and active angel network in our city, which has grown along with us over these many years. And after 25 years, we are continuing to reinforce and grow our ecosystem in a way that is uniquely New Orleans.
