The IP

The IP (short for “Intellectual Property”) was developed by Brian Gibbs in collaboration with GNO, Inc., Downtown Development District and The Idea Village and has become the new home of The Idea Village, along with several other high impact entrepreneurs in New Orleans, including iSeatz, TurboSquid, Carrollton Technology, Couhig Partners, Launch Pad, 504ward, Ebbert and Associates and Capdeville. Located at 643 Magazine St., this 85,000 sq. foot building is becoming the homebase for innovation and entrepreneurship in New Orleans. A longtime vision of The Idea Village, this entrepreneurial hotspot will be a physical manifestation of the entrepreneurial community that is hard at work in New Orleans. Dog friendly, bike friendly and gym friendly The IP is complete with Concierge Program managed by The Idea Village.
